Accolades –
I completed the “Practice of Holistic Self-Healing” self-paced course and loved it! The concepts of holism and self-healing peaked my interest. I am more aware that some modifications in my daily living need adjustment. I am using the learned strategies to modify and benefit my personal and professional well-being for inner balance. One take away was that self-healing is in OUR control. Shirley does accomplish a lot in this course and heightened my curiosity in meditation use! I am improving my life by learning more about holistic practices, as well. I can say that the information presented in the course altered my life positively. My journey has just begun. Thank you Shirley, awesome course. ~ I. Cornell, PhD, RN

Thank you to Shirley for this great course! I used it for CE nursing credits. Thankfully, Shirley recognizes that nurses need to manage the stress inherent in the job and in life itself. The meditations, the readings, and for me, particularly her diet plan suggestions really worked for my own stress related symptoms. I am a nurse and experienced the death of my husband 2 years ago. Talk about being stressed out! I took some time off nursing to deal with my stress, which was intense. I also paid attention to pH in my diet, according to Shirley’s guidance, and what a change. I had been being worked up for a surgical intervention to ease up my esophagus pain, and after taking the course, doing the meditations, making those changes, my pain had decreased significantly and I decided to postpone surgery. (I was having severe GERD symptoms and was going to have surgical intervention on my esophagus). I am now off all my meds and doing quite well. I have a Rolaids now and then and that is it. My suffering has decreased. I am sure in part or in whole, due to following the guidance in this course. As far as the intuition lessons, those are great, and I agree, so worthwhile to listen to the wisdom within. I will be returning to review the guidance and appreciate what you have done, Shirley. Blessings and thanks.
